We live in Margate , Florida. One of the things we love is the green environment. Coco also loves it! Whether it’s the grass, trees, flowers, bushes, or some of nature’s animals, we want to keep it! Several developers (Lennar and 13th Floor) trying to re-zone and change our golf courses in Margate! No one in Margate wants more townhouse development in our 55+ communities! KEEP MARGATE GREEN!
